Detailed Description

All global variables are put into this namespace. Declare them extern, the instanciation is done in CGlobals.cpp

Used to be a class CGlobals with static members, I could not get SIP to work with that. This namespace is more user-friendly anyway (e.g. can use using cglobals::units :p)
